When Quicken Online and Mint are combined into one later this year, I think the new online software will essentially be Mint beefed up with the ability to download financial data from the hundreds or thousands more financial institutions that Quicken supports.

CalendarBudget Premium is online personal finance software for tracking spending today and budgeting 20 years into the future.
CalendarBudget looks like an online calendar, similar to Google Calendar, with income, expenses and a running balance of all accounts combined for each day.

I had fun researching software that teaches kids how to manage money. I’m planning to eventually do a quick review of each of the four software options listed, but need to focus on other priorities right now, like lots of updates on About.com Financial Software, and tax software reviews.

Just as I was about to get Mint.com all set up for my household money management, Intuit buys Mint. Now I’m not so sure Mint is the right online personal finance software for me. Is Yodlee Money Center the answer to managing money online?
