Print Outlook Calendar With 15 Minute Increments

Every once in awhile, I need to print Outlook calendars in 15 minute increments. Usually the 30 minute increments in the Outlook Calendar work just fine, but on weeks like the one coming up (I’m finishing up tax software reviews for work), I need smaller intervals for project planning. And, I switch to using 15 minute intervals in Outlook so infrequently that I tend to forget how to make that change.

I am bookmarking Daniel B. Curran’s 2-minute tutorial for changing time increment on a calendar in Outlook 2007. Curran points out how you change time increments by right-clicking on the Calendar time bar, which easy yet forgettable given that all the other Outlook 2007 calendar options exist under Tools. :- Then, you need to be careful with the time frame selected in the print style.
